DeMoulin Bros. and Co. and USBands announce a strategic three-year agreement to align two of the most prolific names in music education to support the growth and participation in marching band activity across the country.

DeMoulin and it’s associated brands, including Algy by DeMoulin, will become the official uniform and costume partner of USBands for the duration of the agreement and will have onsite and online presence throughout the full calendar of USBands events and communications each year.

The new agreement integrates DeMoulin with USBands complete portfolio of 128 marching band competitions and one dozen educational events, as well as the Western Band Association and it’s 25 marching band competitions in California each year. Combined, DeMoulin will support the more than 800 marching programs that participate each year throughout the combined schedules of both organizations.

Algy by DeMoulin will serve as the official costume partner of the Mid-Atlantic Indoor Network (MAIN), the leading 130-unit color guard circuit in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland region. Algy by DeMoulin’s role marks the first-ever sponsorship of one of the leading sanctioning bodies for color guard events in the nation.

"We are thrilled about this exciting partnership with USBands, which underscores our shared commitment to supporting music education and the performing arts. For over 132 years, DeMoulin has been dedicated to providing high-quality uniforms and apparel for musicians and performers. This three-year agreement with USBands allows us to further our mission by enhancing the experiences of marching band and color guard students across the nation. Together, we will inspire and elevate the next generation of performers, ensuring that music education continues to thrive in communities everywhere,” said Donald Adamski, President and CEO of DeMoulin.

USBands Executive Director Sean King said in announcing the new partnership,  “We are excited to welcome DeMoulin and Algy by DeMoulin to the family of partners who support our organization to grow and thrive throughout the music education community. DeMoulin and USBands share the same core philosophy to serve music educators by meeting their programs where they are: creatively and competitively. The commitment DeMoulin has made to the marching activity for over 132 years reinforces our goal for aligning the resources, products, and service needed to guarantee the overall success of today’s music educators.”

Beginning with the 2024 Fall Marching Band Season, DeMoulin will engage with educators, instructors, designers and students with onsite and online activation of more than 150 events in 15 states from September to November.

DeMoulin will also be a prominent partner in the expansion of Traditional Showstyle Band events scheduled for Georgia, South Carolina, and the season-ending Championships in Huntsville, AL.

The DeMoulin-USBands partnership will be featured during the summer of 2025 throughout a series of multi-day and single-day USBands Educational camps, clinics, and workshops featuring DCI ensembles, special guests, and clinicians. Details on this series of events to be held coast-to-coast will be announced later this fall.
